14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. We keep it simple — if you're not happy, we want to make it right.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

· Unopened — in its original sealed packaging
· Unused — in the exact condition it was received
· Unaltered — with no signs of wear, damage, or modification

Return Delivery Fee

A 2.000 KWD return shipping fee applies to all returns. This covers the cost of collection and processing. The fee is deducted from your refund.

Custom Orders — Final Sale

Items that were custom-designed or made to order based on your specifications cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. All custom orders are considered final sale at the time of purchase.

How to return

Reach out via WhatsApp or our contact page within 14 days of receiving your order.

Share your order details

Provide your order number and the reason for return. We'll review and confirm eligibility.

Send it back

Return the item in its original condition. The 2.000 KWD return fee will be arranged at this stage.

Refund processed

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued within 3–5 business days.
